On November 20, 2009, a mailings will go out to all workshop leaders, judges, vendors and college reps asking for their participation in Festival 2010. This letter will direct them to this web site where you will find a complete set of forms and instructions. The postmark/e-mail deadline to receive all information back is January 11, 2010.
